I found it interesting that you don't think that your personal relationships have identity. I believe that it has greatly impacted mine. "Trust cannot be created by singe individuals; it must be developed as a shared quality within a relationship" (251). Relationships have taught me how to be trusting with others and I think that it has formed my identity by allowing me to be perceived as trustful person. It has created my values and my personality. If I didn't trust I may possibly be shy due to the fact that I would be afraid that people would turn there back based of what I said.
