Although a speaker may have excellent knowledge of a subject a ineffective method of delivery can result in failed communication. As a seed production intern with Monsanto in Fargo North Dakota in 2012 I was able to develop my skills in communication orally though a group presentation. However, I was intimated to be speaking before a group of executives of the company. I realized I was on expert on my presentation because the presentation was a review of my summer as an intern.
