There is only one idea that everyone has at least try to get, and that is a job. Jobs are necessary to survive in this type of economy. Without these jobs, businesses will drop and individuals cannot meet their needs. While there is currently a big warfare for employment, there is one action any individual should take in order to have a more secured position, having connections and work hard in the work process. Connections are required for any individual to receive and work at high end businesses. Through Eddie Riviera speech, he told us that relationships are key to landing a job in the industry.

There is one key that makes one stand out from any workplace and that is relationships. With good recommendation from the business and networking, it is ultimately important to get to know big business individuals to succeed. In my time in high school, I wanted to start working. Throughout my process, I could not attract any employers with my resume; however, my parents had strong connections around my area. Even as a friendly and amiable individual, I have moments where I would not be able to speak out when something is clearly wrong in a business or in an idea. Without addressing these issues, business will surely fall. I have been in these types of situations and it has led to a decrease in revenue or a bigger problem. I had moments that if I did speak up, these problems will not get even worse then it is today. In my time in college, I plan to change my attitude. Instead of remaining quiet in a serious discussion, I will put my own input and ideas to resolve this issue. When I have establish an answer, the issue presented will no longer be a problem in the future. Each individual is learning himself slowly but surely. Becoming more aware of my problems will help me grow in this
