There is one key that makes one stand out from any workplace and that is relationships. Even as a friendly and amiable individual, I have moments where I would not be able to speak out when something is clearly wrong in a business or in an idea. Without addressing these issues, business will surely fall. I have been in these types of situations and it has led to a decrease in revenue or a bigger problem. I had moments that if I did speak up, these problems will not get even worse then it is today. In my time in college, I plan to change my attitude. Instead of remaining quiet in a serious discussion, I will put my own input and ideas to resolve this issue. When I have establish an answer, the issue presented will no longer be a problem in the future. Each individual is learning himself slowly but surely.
