Part A- How do I personally define Leadership.
To me, leadership is all about bringing people together to work towards a common goal and motivating others to be the best version of themselves that they can possibly be
Part B- What informs this definition.
There are many different factors that helped me form this definition. Perhaps the most important one would be when my learning community and I all participated in our big community learning project. Like I stated in my definition, we were all brought together to work towards a common goal, to help raise awareness for food insecurity. The biggest gap between where I am now, and where I need to be in order to create the meaningful change that I know I am meant to, is my lack of education and experience. A specific way I can make progress on closing that gap is just by continuing to work hard and and staying focused on what really matters. Once LEAD 212 ends, I will continue to just take one day at a time and be the best version of myself that I can possibly be. Although I am far from where I want to be right now, I am excited for what the future has a hold for
