Personal Reflection: The Importance Of Internship

Through interacting with others in a professional situation throughout my internship, I experienced much more and I turned out to be a better communicator and I also learned it in this environment that how to work together and communicate with the superior and subordinate and lower level staff. I learned how I can take myself in a professional environment and also learned how I can manage and perform the tasks and projects within the organization. During my internship I got the more efficient knowledge. In directly communicating with the customer of the bank I learned how one can deal with the customer and also satisfying their requirements. I increased my other skills during internship like Awareness, self- managing and problem solving etc. and among which self-control makes me a more attractive and smooth candidate for employment. Person’s skill is necessary for over social and personal lives it’s not significant for workplace. To meet new people and apply network skills as make a network of line of work deal, respect teacher and reference. Internship is also helpful to improve a student academic, career, and personal development skills’. Talents and professional skills also develop. I am now confident I want to follow this control after graduation and continue my education in this field. Internship gives the work experience that I can’t get in the class Internship is getting the experience way to build the confidence. In the askari commercial bank limited it has provided me the best experience during my internship. I increased my self-knowledge and self-confident at the result of the internship. I expect to learn about my own strengths and weakness thought my internship. It has provided me a practical experience. Practical life is not easy and its experience has a good effect on my carrier. I tried yet again and again to reduce my mistakes and this experience will influence my future performance. The internship program is very helpful. It provides me good opportunity to learn new things. More than that it teaches me to know that world of study and world of work are completely different. Unlike studying, working life is not smooth. Often, I faced many problems during working. I found that there are two valued things that help me to solve problems are “braveness and patience”. Brave to face and be patient to solve them.
