Personal Reflection Paper For College

In order to reveal what I feel is my purpose in life, I had to experience what those I hope to help go through every day. That is to articulate, I ascertained that I aspire to be a counselor. I developed anorexia before my freshman year of high school and fought with it throughout high school, battling depression and anxiety among other health issues alongside it. It took an intensive treatment program to acquire the help I needed and get back on track. Granted that did take a toll on my education, specifically my grades, and unfortunately the price of my struggle has followed me through today. On a more hopeful note, I found that my two biggest passions in life are children and people in general. I enjoy serving others, it brings a joyous
