Self-reflection is the capacity to exercise introspection and the willingness to learn more about the self. This is a great time of the year to look back since I have joined the firm for more than three months already. During this period of time, I have been actively participating in various professional networks’ events and meetings, building and maintaining relationships across service lines, proactively playing a role in pursuits and client work, growing into a strong team player, delivering high-quality work product, and acquiring advanced computer and technical skills. My work and efforts significantly exceed EY’s expectations for a first-year staff; therefore, I have been receiving excellent feedbacks from those seniors, managers, and partners who I’ve worked with so far. Below is a list of my past achievements aligning with the four criteria from the EY Expectations and Differentiator Framework:

Winning in the market
• Develop relationships across service lines with staff and seniors to stay up-to-date on business activities; work closely and effectively across service lines and have taken initiative to do so: o I’ve met most of the colleagues in the Seattle office, and I am still developing relationships across service lines from different offices. I knew some staff and seniors in TAS, Tax, Assurance, BAP, RAP, TAP, etc., across all the regions.
