I also have moderate skills when delegating to others. I am also good at giving performance feedback to others. In the careers section, I learned that as committed to my career as everyone else. There is not much of a family/work conflict for me. Some inspiring results show that I am motivated and have great potential to be a global manager someday. The final section concentrates on how well I receive change and stress. The results indicate that I have a low risk of stress related illnesses, but I need to re-evaluate my priorities to avoid being overstressed. As an INTP, I am cautious in building relationships with people. I am deep thinker who loves challenges (Kroeger, Thuesen, & Ruthledge, 2002). I understand that my weaknesses may be my social awkwardness. It is hard to clearly express my many ideas, as well as, listen to what others have to offer. I also understand that regardless of this social awkwardness, that I am able to be charasmatic and I am able to leave a lasting impression on people. I don’t believe that this is a coincedence. As I walk with God, I realize that he gives me the strength and ability to overcome these weaknesses in my personality. I have gone across the world and back, I have communed with many people of different ethnicities. God has used me to do his work and in the process, he has changed me and gave me the strength to be more of a social butterfly. Although I have this weakness, maybe as a result of our sin tendency, our holy spirit is responsible for renewing our minds. I understand if I should use convenant behavior, I must be accountable for my weakness in communicating with others (Fischer K. , 2011). I am responsible for being able to communicate the gospel to others, and in the organization I need to be able to communicate my ideas. Fischer (2006) says, “Our lives are to be lived sacrifically, in which we say no to our old sinful tendencies, and say yes to the will of God in our lives.”
