The introduction: According to oxford dictionaries, personality defined as "the integration of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character (Oxford, 2017)“ Thus, is very important for every person to know what his or her personality trait is to be able to plan for the future whether social or career. People decide what is their destiny? Whether they walk as the others walk or create new ways for them. Nowadays, we find the world start to encourage people to be an entrepreneur who is robust and captures the personality, motivation and orientation who create. As well as, when i took the internship inside the bank i felt that i were going to die because the routine environment and the rules system. Also, I got medium 12 degree out of 16 the maximum at the entrepreneurial optional Self- assessment that prepared by business development bank of Canada in Self-sufficiency which showed the percentage of the independence and leadership ,also, lotus scholarship help me to increase my leadership skills through a program called leadership in action. Third, Creative Tendency, I got medium score in this section which measure creativity, i know that i sometimes create a creative idea but the majority i use my critical thinking because i don't provide time to relax or I do not trust on my idea enough. Nonetheless, i am working on myself to increase creativity such from the past two years i started to use techniques, such as mind mapping to generate lots of ideas. Fourth, Calculated Risk-Taking that explain how much am i risk taker that i can calculate my decision and actions to do something. The role of entrepreneurs is supplying to the economies and helping to solve many of the problems in society throughout social entrepreneurs. I consider myself an entrepreneur. I have entrepreneurial skills, desire and thoughts. moreover, i am moved on a successful social entrepreneurial in Helwan city 16 of May (Zabalain area) which we create school called i am a hero consist of 5 person who decided to change the world of the homeless children under the slogan called i am not less than you but we all together through this we use the art and sports to help the children to describe themselves and help them to accept themselves and they not less than anyone but they smart and encourage them to create a small idea such as one of them dreamed to create a small note book with a real panting cartoons and we help her to accomplish this and distribute it inside (bet el wadi) in wadi El-Natroon and el koshk mini shop.As i mention above, from the past five years i did not know anything about entrepreneurs until i joint lotus at that time every vision has been changed which they start to teach us what is entrepreneurs and give us the fund to create a new social idea to develop the society such i am a hero project and then the last year I took model called entrepreneurial people which I learned a lot from the doctor because he share with us his experience.
