This course also helps me incorporate my team mate with my goal and objective regarding the company. By making plans for training that are needed and by supporting my teammate with their goals.

In conclusion Dynamic Leaderships has helped me understand the role of leaders and followers in making positive change within an organization. A leader should gain his/her follower trust, it should motivate them and show his/her appreciation where it's needed. A follower should trust his/her leader, it should learn to listen and communicate effectively with their leader in create a positive environment.

during Christmas and thanksgiving. This goal is important to me because we are living in a society, that have no love. I want give back to those that don't have anything, instead of helping each other we are killing each other for no reasons.

My first objective with this goal is to go to a shelter and ask them what they need for Christmas in regards to food. What I need to buy or prepare for the holidays.

My second objective is to ask people if they want to participate, if they want to donate their times in served the poor. If they want donate any food, for example, gravy or turkey. And keep count on how many foods has been donate, and how many people wants to donate their time.

My time frame for this goal is 4 weeks, I started putting out flyers and asking people for help. And i have received a good amount of response. I already located the shelter which is near me and ask them what they need for the holiday.

Those goals are important to me in my growth not only in my professional career but also as a person. I believe with my MBA I can change certain things in my professional life but also in my personal life. Reading my peers feedback helps me think more, and helps me thing about what I need to do in order to succeed in my career.
