Nowadays, I am working on the organization of the EHELF, and we are thinking to include new applications to the EHELF in order (i) to interact with the participants, (ii) to provide them to make a connection between themselves; (iii) to make the conference paper-free; (iv) to centralize the organization; (v) to lead generation. In doing so we are going to turn the conference to the next level. This period of my life was full of wonderful moments, but I realized about the needs of further development and growth. My final relations with NUGSE finished in August 2017. Comparing previous and present me they are totally different persons. The personal and professional growth is obvious. Being critical was memorable as apart of two courses: ‘EDHE 642: Globalisation and Higher Education’ and ‘EDHE 622: Comparative Higher Education’. In the beginning we did not understand what and how to write, so that the professor would be happy, but then, after long attempts with analytical frameworks and useful presentations, we understood what the professor wants from us. Another important component of the program was APA, which I was not familiar with ever in my life as a graduate from local university. Previously I have never thought about citing as an important part of writing. But all of this are connected, with plagiarism and academic integrity and tools which allows us to do it in a proper way, such as ‘Google scholar’, ‘Zotero’, ‘Mendeley’. During the program, I also realized that I cannot complain about the time, because my groupmates who are working and possess families and who was more successful during the
