There are some inner areas that I found out are self- acceptance, ownership of self, compassion/connect to other, positive self-investment, willingness to work for necessary personal change, and self-care-body/spirit. Those above listed inner areas of emotional lies under indicators of my emotional intelligence IQ. I believe that one of the most effected and I like to devote more time into assessing our emotional health intelligence because I relates to those inner areas by events that happened in my life.
I believe self-acceptance is the acceptance of yourself for who you are. For example, when I joined my internship at ABB Group I had to learned about some new concepts while doing that I had some difficulties to grasp on new concepts during that time I accepted that I need more time to learn those new concepts. But I never let myself down by saying that I am not able to perform my duties. This type of attitude pushes me through to learn some new concepts in my
