Minecraft Reflection

I am going to make sure that I can make the community a better place not just for me but for everyone. The reason why I think I like helping players so much is because I think I want them to be able to not have the experience that I did playing minecraft. I just never had help a lot on servers, so I think it is important that they have fun right off the bat. I think it is important for staff to like helping players because that is like pretty much 70% of what they are doing each day! I have a thick skin. You might wonder what that means but before I never had a thick skin and I let players get to me, hateful comments made me want to quit. One of my very good strengths is screensharing. I been screensharing for pretty much 2 years now. That is something I really enjoy doing as a staff member. I learnt so much from when I first screenshared, I think It helped a lot when I was staff on all of the other HCF servers because of how toxic and how many hackers there are in those communities. I know how to find, verson clients, ghost clients, injections and auto-clickers. If you are interested in seeing how I screenshare feel free to ask me/I can show you in teamspeak. I also do not start drama because that is not needed, it will start un-necessary problems and it can drag other staff members into the problem and they can be busy with other stuff. Also I am always fair to everyone, I won't abuse for anyone. I will make sure I have proof before I punish players aswell. I will not take anyones side, I will make sure both sides get to share their side of the story without being interupted. I am a very loyal staff member, If I were to make a mistake and I know it I will own up to it. I used to lie but not anymore, I learnt my lesson and I think that is important. I feel like I work well with others
