Personal Qualities Of A Psych Nurse

Helpful personal qualities that a psych nurse should have are attentiveness to listen to patients to know what they feel, communication to understand all aspects of a patient’s case, and graciousness to let the patient know that they are safe and make them feel comfortable. In addition, some useful professional skills a person should behold to be a psych nurse are motivation that can help the patient reach their end goal of heath, focus so the patients are the main priority, and visionary so they can predict the future and best case scenario’s for their patients in advanced. All these traits are important for a psych nurse to have because then they can provide the best environments for their patients. I think I am a close fit for these qualities
