Personal-Professional Profile
The results of my Personal-Professional Profile highlighted that my values are humanistic focused and reflects my belief in the equal and fair treatment of people, diversity, and business efficiency. I would say that the foundation for my values are based on by Christian upbringing and my observation and experiences with social inequalities. According to Lefkowitz (2005) our “… values underlie all ethical reasoning. (para. 3)” Therefore, as I maturate through life and my profession I have found it necessary for me to constantly evaluate my values and ensure that my actions are principled based.
