After doing this character/self-esteem assignment, I managed to learn a lot of myself that I didn 't really know was there. Most of those things are negative one. After completing the negative/positive chart, I noticed that my answers are very different then my friend Paige’s. I noticed that when I evaluated myself I put more negative traits rather then positive one whereas my friend put more positive traits then negative ones. Instead of waking up sad every morning and having no interest to do anything, I would actually be more happy, confident, let shy and more outgoing. For example, last weekend I went dancing with my two girlfriends and honestly I felt so out of place, insecure, shy, like if I do something I’m just going to get laughed at. If I change my negative traits, then I would actually be able to go out have fun with my friends, dance , not be shy or insecure and just simply enjoy myself and have a good time. An example would be like going to the beach, instead of thinking so negative about my body I can just embrace the way I was born and have a good time. This change would most definitely affect my self-esteem. I can start increasing my self-esteem, instead of thinking I’m not worthy of existence or acceptance, I can actually see that I am worth because I have much to live for and accomplishments that I should be proud …show more content…

Just smile and smile all the time. Unfortunately, I don 't think that any of my positive traits can really help me improve on my negative traits however something that I really want to throw out there is maybe my kindness with others can help me to be more kind to myself. To elaborate more on that concept would be to eliminate to negative self talk that takes place in private and out in the
