“Look, there’s a group of female deer with 3 young fawns, they look like they were lost or something.”
“Find a different time to look at those deers Josh, we still have to set our tents,” Alex said. We have set our green tents near a wide river, a great spot to set our tent. Is this the fish that Josh caught. Then Josh should be here somewhere. “Josh, are you here.” No replied has been heard, only my echo. Where would Josh be, I am for sure this is the fish that Josh had caught. Maybe I will just wait Alex to come back. I went and gather the fish and I put it one by one on a sharp stick, then set it by the fire. Then I gathered the fruits that Alex had found. I love the smell of our food, it might be better if Josh was here, he’s a great cook. One time he has invited us to his house and we tasted his spaghetti that he had cooked, it was so delicious. Instead: One time he invited us over for delicious spaghetti. The noodle and the tomato sauce were so soft. That was the best food that I have ever eaten.

We are walking and walking. “Is this the place that we camp at, Alex.” “No, this shouldn’t have happened, we never turn around.” “To be honest the day before yesterday, I was sleeping on my hammock, but when I decide to get back to our camping spot, I did not know how to get back,” said Josh in a depressing voice. “ We might be stuck in this forest for the rest of our life.” “What Josh, you mean we had to stay here forever.” “No,No, I do not want to stay here forever.” Suddenly, a man jump out of a

All that was gone now, my heart clenched when I saw the wooden swing cracked and discolored trapped under the dead immense tree. The tree itself looked just very worned out, you could tell it had seen a lot through it’s life. The once rustic brown it held now a burnt black and gray, I couldn't help but to think that this had been the perfect symbol of the end of our “childhood”, the tree had seemed to had fallen months ago, and we just saw it. A hand on my shoulder brought me out of my deep thoughts, looking back to Fernie with tear filled eyes, I was shocked to see Fernie held the same expression.…

William lived in a parsonage with his father who was the preacher, the only ‘man of the cloth’ in his town.
