When me and the police man were driving out I felt a mix of emotions like sadness, anger, scared but worried. I had no idea what is going to happen to me. Suddenly the car stopped and the police officer walked out of the car and locked the doors to the car. As I looked out I saw Roberto and the police officer went out of the school and walked over to the car I was in. Roberto and I hugged each other and sat in the back of the police car as we drove off to somewhere. Eventually, we made it to a stop to a place that looks like a police precinct. As I got in along with Roberto and the police officer we went to the front desk as the officer started talking to the receptionist.
While they were, the receptionist called over to two other police and

The two them took us upstairs and put us in a room with a bunkbed and a small bucket. They then locked the door behind Roberto and I. We then sat there and contemplated on what to do to get out of this place. After hours, there was a loud bell almost like the ones at the school but a lot louder and not from an actual bell like mechanic. Suddenly all the cell doors opened and everyone was walking in one place.
Roberto and I followed and then we were outside where there was lifts, basket ball and more weight things. After a while of sitting and doing nothing, we heard voices chant "Fight, fight!" over and over as there were a lot of people fighting each other. Everyones attention was drawn to them and I got so scared I started running. I ran as fast as I could as I heard my brother Roberto calling after me saying "Panchito!" again and again to get my attention as his voice faded slowly and ran far without looking. Eventually I a stopped and looked at where I was but to my surprise I was at the school, where the officer had caught me. I walk to the school to get water from the fountain sense I could barely breath of heat exhaustion. As I got in I

I went in and took my seat while people were saying there lines and kept quiet. When the bell rang and everyone was rushing out to go home. I did the same and went on my bus that I normally take and took the ride home. The stop finally came and I went over to where are tent was and went in to see my parents and surprisingly Roberto. We all joined in to a hug as all worried faces turned into relieved faces and we started packing to go to a different area to look for work. As we all were putting our stuff in the car we drove off and got to a place where we were offered for work forever until we have enough money for a house and a life.
A few months later it was going well but it was hard having to pick all the different types of fruits and keeping track of each kind.
But it was nice to go home because we actually had a small cabin that he gave to everyone as well as a green pass so none of the officers question. I felt as though we should have met this person in the first place. There was only four other houses besides us but I thought it was still great, plus the kids there went to the same school as I did and acted the same when being questioned

This paper examines the second critical thinking question found at the end of chapter 7 in Robert Aberle 's text, The Administration of Justice an Introduction to the Criminal Justice System in America. I will present a discussion highlighting the “differences between probable cause and reasonable suspicion and what each of these levels of evidence allow a police officer to do” (Aberle 2014). Aberle 's accretions will be presented and contrasted with my own. First off I 'm going to start with reasonable suspicion for this is most of the time the first step to probable cause. What is reasonable suspicion in Robert Aberle 's text this is how he describes reasonable suspicion "Reasonable suspicion can be defined as the level of…
