The beginning of my freshman year was an absolute nightmare. I was already nervous enough because it was a new and bigger school, there would be unfamiliar faces, and possibly even more work and responsibility. Of course, who wouldn’t be nervous. Who ever isn’t nervous is simply hiding it. The first day came around the corner and I was a nervous wreck, but I was very very excited to see my best friends Lauren and Max. The first few classes that I had weren’t that bad. In fact, I had my best friends for 2 classes. But, there was this one girl who kept giving me looks all throughout my geometry class. I had never talked to this girl once in my life, not to mention it was the first day of school so I didn’t even know her. I heard that her name …show more content…
I was with Lauren and Max when Jennifer came up to our lunch table and shoved me slightly. I ignored it as usual. I didn’t want to make things worse, so everytime she would do anything to me, I would just ignore her. “Stand up and do something, you can’t let her just push you around like that.” Max said. I looked over to where Jennifer was sitting with her friends. It looked like she was saying bad things about me behind my back. I really wanted the bullying to end. I was sick of it, but I was too scared to ever say anything to anyone. The only people that know about it are Max and Lauren and they found out about it themselves. “I don’t want to get into more trouble, I would much rather leave things as it is” I replied to Max. We all got up and went to the outside seating area of the cafeteria. Lauren, Max, and I were talking about school when Jennifer came up to us. “Hey loser,” Jennifer snickered. I ignore what she said and continued talking to Max and Lauren. “Too scared to say anything back? You’re such a coward.” Jennifer sneered back at me. She pushed me hard enough for me to fall to the floor. “Hey leave her alone, Bella hasn’t done absolutely nothing to you,” Lauren said. Jennifer quickly answered back, “ Oh look, the loser has a friend to stand up for her when she can’t.” Then Max and Lauren replied with “Everyone is sick and tired of you bullying people that had never done anything to you.” “You better stop with the bullying before you get

Everyone who had seen the argument wanted to know what was going to happen next, who was going to say something to her, and whether or not there was gong to be another fight. With just a few words, she had managed to offend 75% of our schools population, however, she seemed unfazed by the hurtful comments thrown her way. I was kind of envious of her ability to not care. All day, I had managed to not speak to her. We weren't good friends or anything, just two girls who shared some classes, so I didn't have to try hard to avoid her.…
