Personal Narrative: X-Rays

“You're at 45 degrees, and if you get to 50 degrees you have to get surgery, you have more than one problem in your back besides scoliosis, we are going to need X-Rays for your brace”. I was really shocked and scared to what might happen next, i was really afraid of if i would be able to still do sports, and do stuff i really love.

I was in sixth grade when i found out that i had scoliosis, at first i was terrified and afraid if i don't get this corrected fast. When they found out that i had scoliosis they said that because of how far my back was i would not be able to play sports.

A while back I started noticing that I was having so much trouble standing up for at least 10 minutes without my back starting to hurt. I started noticing that
