Working in fast food can be a very trivial experience. I aspire to always put up my best front, and present myself to the world in a positive manner. However, working at Sonic Drive-In has taught me quite a few things. For example, profanities can spew out of your mouth at a record pace when you spill a vat of hot grease on yourself, you can step into the freezer and scream without the customers hearing you, and when you work with someone from 5p.m. to 2a.m. you learn a lot about them. Now, I am going to be honest, I have to be at work in an hour and I chose this day (Wednesday, October 19, 2016) in particular to write this paper for two reasons: 1. I am a procrastinator. 2. I wanted to compare my mindset before and after work.
