On 5/04/2018, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 0003 hours dispatch advised there was a verbal disturbance going on in the Ablah Library. Dispatch advised it was between a black male and an asian male. I advised dispatch I would be on scene at approximently 0004 hours.
Dispatch informed me the black male had black hair with dreadlocks and was wearing a brown in color jacket. I advised dispatch I could see a person matching the black males description sitting at the first row of computers as you walk in the door. I took the asian male to a hallway away from everyone else so I could speak with him in private. I have had cases with the asian male in the past. The asian males name is Yu Zhou and was verrifed by WSU ID Y988K696. I aske Yu what took place tonight in the library. Yu said he was sitting at the first group of computers as you walk in the front door. Yu said he was working on his homework when a black male came by and asked Yu where his money was at. Yu said he could not get any words out to the black male. Yu said he wanted to tell the male he did not take any money or know where his money was. Yu said the male was very demanding that Yu was the one who took his money. Yu said he was walking around near the informattion desk of the library but never went in the area where the black male was sitting. Yu said after the first conformtation he moved one chair over from the black male. Yu said the male continued to say stuff to Yu. Yu said Alisha then came over and asked for them both to move further away from each other. Yu then gathered his stuff and moved to the other side of the computer desk. This would be about 5 computers away from where the black male was sitting. Yu then said after a few minutes the black male got up from his spot and walked down the hallway of the library. Yu said the male then again walked over to him and started talking to him. This was when Alisha contacted the University Police and when I arrived on
