Personal Narrative: Why Is My Signature Word

Why is my signature word. If you ask anyone who knows me, they will likely tell you that I say this word at least 30 times a day. By nature, I am a highly inquisitive person. I have to know the reason behind everything. That is why, I question everything. If I do not ask why, I will never uncover the answers to my questions. When my questions lie unanswered, they gnaw at me and I become cemented in thinking about them. The only way to pacify my desire for knowledge, is to ask why. I take pleasure in dissecting other’s opinions. Sometimes, I do not agree with those opinions. Although I could simply discount the other person’s opinion as incorrect, I choose not to because that would mean an end to the conversation. Instead, I ask why. By asking,
