My parents didn’t know how to fill it out either. Their eyes tried making sense of the hieroglyphics on the page, seemingly taunting them, but to no avail. They handed it back to me, asking if I could translate it for them, hear their responses, translate said responses, and finally write it for them. Scrambling to get the application and have me complete it on time, my parents got an application from that friend and passed it to me.
