Personal Narrative: Why I Establish My Goals

I am a very humble person because I always get what I want. Sometimes it will take me a couple of days , a week or even a month, but what matters to me at the end is that I accomplish my goal. I will wake up every morning and think about my goals as I walk to school. Back when I was in Poland no one couldn’t work until the legal age of 18 so I wasn’t able to have a job. I always wanted to use my own money, money that I worked for rather than what my parents had given me because it made me feel upset knowing that I myself didn’t earn it. When I moved to US I had many different chances to earn money and I chose to start selling sneakers. I couldn't believe it, I was so hype and also shocked. I checked out really quickly and after a couple of minutes I received an Email from Nike that said I got the sneakers. I was screaming and running around the house because I was so happy that day. And then I just waited for them to come in and right after I got them, I went to New York to this sneaker store called “ Flight Club “ and sold them for $1500 and this was one of my biggest score. Another reason why I am a humble person is because I improved my english grade from a low C to high A. Back in the middle school I had a C in reading and writing and my other grades were A's and B's. When I finished 8th grade I was upset that I still have a C and I really needed to do something about it. So when I first got to Palumbo I want to show my family that I can improve my english grade and make the honor roll. I started to study more and more english vocabulary and I also started to read more books. It really helped me to improve my english and I was so happy about it because I finally got a B in english and everyone was telling my that my english is getting better and better everyday.
