Personal Narrative: Why I Am Today

The reason I stand where I am today can only be thanks to the many exemplary role models and mentors that I had throughout my high school experience. Each one of these amazing people helped me shape my future in inexplicable ways, if it had not been for their constant eye-opening and thoughtful remarks I would have never left Houston to study in Greencastle, Indiana. Now that I am here, I can't help but look back and say a million thanks to the people who encouraged me and inspired me to become the best that I could be, not only through words but by showing me I could do what I set my mind to.
