Personal Narrative: Why Does She Have To Cheat On Father

Mom, hair messed up and shirt unbuttoned down her chest, she had just come home from work, its 11 p.m., and she is just now walking through the door disheveled. Why does she have to do this? Why does she have to cheat on dad? It's been like this for months. Mom coming home late at night, making excuses to my dad…The worst part of this whole situation is that dad is oblivious and believes her. I guess that would be good if they had a healthy relationship, choosing to believe the lies and see the best in the spouse. Too bad they don't have a good relationship. Mom is a terrorist unto her own self, backstabbing her marriage, and leaving her husband in the dark. I know the truth and I can’t be the light.
An eternal darkness came over our home that was long overdue. Mom was at the office late one night “working” when dad decided to show up with coffee. Dad arrived at the office with a heart swelling with love,when he left his heart was swollen like a smoker’s lung. He had found mom and her boss together…

He lost his mind, all thoughts were clouded with emotion. To him the only thing he could do was run to the moonshine. That fateful night he drank and drank and drank until the sun went up.
My dad was a great man, but he made one huge mistake in his life, one he would regret for a lifetime. He got into his car after drinking for hours, .15%
