Starting with the plants I proceeded to break them down into land plants and water plants. I broke the land and water plants down to flowering plants and sprouting plants. The flowering plants I split between plants that produce fruit, such as mangos, and seed plants, consisting of a pine cone in my tree. Sprouting plants consist of tall and close to the ground growing plants.…

It was almost as if the world was on a constant loop; a constant, boring, uninteresting, repetitive, loop that you weren’t able to drag yourself out of – well, there weren’t many ways to drag yourself out of this loop since this was how the world was now, especially being a woman at The Sanctuary. For some odd reason, Negan - the leader of your large group and a man you have only spoken to a handful of times before-, seemed to have a slight, one could say, protective aura when it came to women and letting them venture out into the new world. Today was nothing different. Waking up at the ass crack of dawn, you rested on your small mattress for a few minutes, staring up at the grey ceiling and listening to the light snores and breathing of your bunkmates who…

Sixty-six million years ago, scientists claimed that the earth had moved into its next geological era. The Cenozoic Era or otherwise known for by its popular name, The Age of Mammals is the current time period human beings have existed and still exist in today. The interesting aspect about the time period is that no other living organism on the planet has dominated the earth like humans. Having no major predators, far more intelligent brain and mobile skills, and the ability to communicate, educated, and invent the human race controls planet earth and all other species within it. Power and domination are a dangerous combination, especially when put into the hands of an intelligent species.…

The second time was on November 24, 1997, when my mother brought her second child into the world. The third time I was born, and the time most relevant to this discussion, was on a sweaty afternoon in Sophomore year when a girl asked me for bus money, and I decided it was time I learned to accept the first two. So here I am, made up of atoms that are 13.8 billion years old, a body almost 19 years old, and an identity that couldn’t even go to kindergarten.…
