Personal Narrative-Where Is The Government

Decent Essays
One of the prisoners, a man, gets up. His hands are tied behind his back and he does something stupid. He jumps. Right out of the truck. He hits the ground and falls. Going 50 miles an hour and jumping out is not the wisest of moves. He did it with his hands behind his back.

The truck slams its brakes on and we are all thrown forward. A few men get out and grab the man before throwing him back in.

There are twenty of us with no escape.

Where is the government?
