“What’s wrong with your teeth?” This question I heard many times while growing up. I had cavities, silver caps, my teeth weren’t the right color, and my teeth were crooked on top of that. Elementary school was a tough time and hard to get through. My confidence was shot. I didn’t have many friends and rarely smiled. Growing through those tough times, my dentist was always there. She walked me through my whole journey of not smiling to never stop smiling. My confidence boosted all the way up. My caps were gone, I had no more cavities, and my teeth were returning to its original color. She then recommends an orthodontist that was great. My teeth went from overlapping to standing side by side. I never knew a dentist did this much for their clients.
