There are many different definitions of what it means to be human. But according to Taee, “being human is simply understanding that others are human too. After reading the definition of a guardian I agree with this finding completely. It basically states that I am the person that likes to keep things running. This is an issue for me, because I am the type of person that will step in and pick up this slack even if it causes my own work to get behind. I have to work hard to be more mindful of this daily and point out to the other coworker that they need to help out as well or just flat out delegate to them in a way that does not give them another option. With my personality these are both difficult challenges to overcome, but as long as I work at them daily I can overcome them without sacrificing my
