Personal Narrative: What Is An Observant Energy Style?

Improved Essays
I couldnt agree more with the result: Observant. Observant energy style is tend to be more interested in facts and observable things, focusing on the tried and tested. I do enjoy to be in the reality of life, living in the present day and from what I read, it is true that I'm suck at multitasking, instead, I would prefer to focus on one thing first at a time before continue with the other activities. This is because when I'm juggling in multiple activities, I tend to feel overwhelmed and this may lead me to stress myself out, but to consider that I cannot work under pressure is not true. I can multitask, and i can work under pressure, I just need my intense focus to do things in order so that i feel organized.

Multitasking is ingrained and natural, but people sometimes overlook the obvious methods in which they have been utilizing this simultaneous functioning their whole…

Life is simply perspective. Some say that you have your whole life to do something, while others will argue that life is short and you should enjoy it to the full extent of it’s worth. You can look at something as exquisite, or atrocious. It doesn’t change what it is, but it changes your reaction to it. No matter how sure you are about the morality, someone else could view it differently.…

When I tried to multi-task I thought in my head the more I do at the same time the more I could get done but it became to stressful for me. I would do one half of one paper and go to the next page of homework and do the same thing I did for the first paper. I would keep doing this until I got both papers done but when doing so I would get distracted by the conversation I was having on the phone. The situation I was in then turned stressful because I kept focusing more on being on the phone then focusing on doing my homework. In the end trying to juggle three things at once took me about 3 hours to get 2 papers done.…

“I can’t make anything out of your chicken scratch,” my primary teacher would upbraid me for my handwriting which visually did not fit into the guidelines and measures of a ‘perfect’ handwriting. Being the youngest in the class — which I was constantly reminded about — combined with my handwriting that was labeled ‘displeasing’ converged into a deep sense of insecurity. My C’s could be mistaken for E’s, my T’s looked like M’s, and all Russian words flowed into illegible zigzags. No effort in the world could turn my cursive into a perfectly aligned congruent font, slanted 30° to the right. Habits stay habits.…
