During my college search, I was mainly looking for colleges that would be able to challenge me academically as well as keep me engaged with extracurricular activities. I was sure I found this match when I stumbled upon Boston University during my search. During my high school career I made it my goal to push myself each year in order to test my limits and each year I surprised myself with how much work I could take on. I balanced piano lessons and auditions, with honors and AP Courses. Then senior year I thought it was time to get a job so I could become more independent from my parents and they told me that the pressure would be too much, so I did it anyway. It turned out that not only could I handle it, but I learned better time management.
