The topic I picked for this weeks homework was "what are my goals?" I have two short range goals plus a long range goal that I am working towards. My first goal is to finish the hiring process successfully with the Gresham Police department in the next 6 months and then finish my two year degree in Criminal Justice in a year in a half. My Long range goal is to move onto the U.S. Marshals to work with the Fugitive Task Force. These goals is what I would like to achieve but with life being life I am prepared as well with a back up
