Personal Narrative: Video Analysis

Personally, I don't think that I would open my business up next to a competitor. While the video gave great reasons as to why you should, and why other businesses do - i.e. to keep eye on their competitors, and to make sure that their business isn't be overshadowed (passive voice) - I still think that opening further away would give better advantages for a business. By opening up further away, my business would be able to serve those who live more closely, and wouldn't force them to have to drive further and have to choose between my business or the other business. Also, by keeping my distance from my competitor, I would be able to truly run my business, and show my strengths as a business to customers, instead of constantly having to worry
