“Vassar College? What’s that?”
If you would have asked me this question a month or two ago, I would honestly have no idea what to tell you. “Sounds like a college… Who are they?” However, here I am at 2 am on New Year's Day, frantically explaining to my friends why I need to finish this application by 11:59 pm, why I’m just starting it, and why it means so much to me.
I filled out my Questbridge application in a similar manner; fairly last minute, after much consideration of the “it’s a long shot”s and “hey, maybe you’ll get lucky”s, and with passion. After finding out that I was announced a Questbridge Finalist on October 20th, my happiness filled to the brim with the incredible opportunities that the organization gave me. I all-too-quickly
