Practice, practice, practice. I feel like I do that all the time, but I don't mind because it's fun. I practice for my "flying dunk". If you go on YouTube or some other video app you can find videos like "stunt dunks". Well that is similar to what I want to do. My friends and I practice jumping off of a trampoline to the right spot. We each have different parts.

One of my friends, Braxton, practices catching the ball, jumping off the small trampoline doing a front flip and then, finally tossing it to Mark. We have practiced for a long time. After school every day we would each walk to my house together. There were four of us consisting me, Braxton, Mark, and Brad.

Once I broke my part down into steps and learned it I had to speed it up. I thought that first off learning my part would be easier because I have a large trampoline in my backyard and I could do the backflip and spin to face forward easily. Then I found out that landing in the same spot each time on the cement was a lot harder than laying anywhere you wanted on your trampoline.

One everyone else finished their part and had gotten it down they all encouraged me on doing well on my part. Thank goodness my friends were nice about me taking longer to learn my part and weren't bossy and/or inpatient. Sometimes they would all attempt to do my stunt on my big trampoline and fail and we all laughed about it with each other. I worked very hard every day so I could led be prepared and learn my part. Finally the day came when I completed my part. It was time for us to record ourselves putting the whole stunt together.

Brad tossed it to Braxton where Braxton performed his part, he did it and the basketball was going to Mark now. Mark did it, tossed it to Braxton and finally Brad had it, I was nervous. Brad tossed it to me and I did it! We all cheered and were very loud. We were all very happy that all of our hard work had paid off. We all watched the video over and over when finally we decided we were going to make a YouTube channel and upload the

Diving is a unique combination of strength, power, and flexibility. Whether you're starting on a country club diving team just learning the approach and hurdle or are jumping off a 30-m cliff, a proper dryland program can aid performance. I remember as a child learning how to dive at my local summer league team. Being able to catapult myself off the diving board gave me great thrills and was far from other sports I had done (swimming, basketball, soccer). As a high school swimmer, I still dove in the summer to help the summer league team score points in the championship meet.…

When teaching the skill of sweeping or brushing to novice curlers necessary to always remember the three basic fundamentals. These fundamentals are body weight, brush speed and footwork. Throughout the process of teaching our skill we will continue to highlight these fundamentals ensuring that our teens will remember them and hopefully demonstrate them as they continue to curl. During our teaching of the skill it is important to note that we will always be watching for unsafe practices on the ice making it a safe place and hopefully no one will be hurt.
