Personal Narrative: Touching Girls In High School

Improved Essays
On Friday afternoon I was still in school almost about to leave, when I decided to mess with some girls. When I saw my name on the board to leave, I decided to grab three girls on their butts before I left. When I got back on Monday, I heard that I didn't get in trouble. Then Mr. Crooke brought me to his room, and I discovered I was in deep trouble with him and my parents. I was suspended for a week. Next thing we knew was that we had to go to Bonds to sign up for the Alternative program and see my teachers. They then told us that I can go to Bonds the next day to start school. I felt sad when the principal told me I was going to Bonds. I agree with the decision because touching girls on the butt was wrong. In my mind, when this was happening on Friday, the old me was thinking that I wasn't going to get in trouble and I would be fine if I did this.. My old body was grabbing girls on their butt. My old mouth said nothing. My new mind will know that this behavior is wrong. My new body is going to make friends with them and be nice.My new mouth will be the same because it didnt do anything. Now I know to not to …show more content…
I need to change that too. To change this behavior, the new me will have to stop talking during class and do my work. My old mind was thinking what to say to my friends. My old body was disturbing class by tapping on the desk. My old mouth was talking when I wanted to. My new mind will think of my class work instead of thinking what to say to my friends. My new body will wait until the teacher is done talking, and I will raise my hand if I need to speak. My new mouth will wait until the teacher tells us that we can start talking. I will be able to achieve my goal by talking in my mind. I can't change my actions, but I can improve them. Messing with those girls was wrong by invading the girl space. I wasn't thinking at the time. I should’ve been thinking about what I was

In the cafeteria of P.S.279, I stood in shock as the liquid fluid ran from the top of my head seeping down my freshly ironed shirt and down to the sole's of my shoes. At that moment, I realized that I was standing in a puddle of my own chocolate milk. "Haha" she laughed, but I did not get the joke. I began to call for the teacher and she, barely four feet, grabbed my arm and said "If you snitch I'm gonna say you called me a bitch. " That sentence alone would be used to justify her actions.…

I moved from Texas to North Dakota, where seventh grade was the first year of middle school. Education is so important in our emancipation and development as human beings. It is important that we look holistically and start with the basics as a means to begin our exploration of developing ways of living in a kind of balance with our habitat and its inhabitants. Although our task ahead is monumental and difficult, sometimes impossible, the more we learn and educate ourselves, the more we find that there are many viable and alternatives to the current situation in which we find solutions. In the sense that it is a means of training that education is serving to form something, especially something that will have a lasting effect on the mind and the powers of the person. When I was in Kindergarten, the principal didn’t let me go to…
