A well-balanced breakfast can keep us from being hungry hours before lunch time, and no one likes that. Starting ones day off the right way, with breakfast is only one of many ways to continue with your goal in mind; to end with a good day as well. Time is always of the essence, and no one likes being late for anything. Rise by Trip Lee (William Barefield) is a first person, nonfiction book about how we as young adults and teens need to rise from slumber and go out in the world to do what we are called to do in our christian walk. In part one “Getting up” Lee talked about how people have the 7 A.M logic-Waking up early and shutting of your alarm to sleep in an extra 5 minutes. As humans we like to sleep in a few extra minutes and there is nothing wrong with that... but, especially in today’s world, that’s all we are known to do. Every Life Matters I really only started understanding the meaning of abortion once one of my mom’s friends had one. Before that I had very little knowledge about abortion. My parents have always taught me to stand by what I believe and that others may have different beliefs. They always told me that I would meet people that would disagree with me and what I believe not only when it came to these kind of topics but many other things as well. Being told that, they told me to always respect people’s beliefs and their points of view because everyone has the right to stand by what they believe, just like I do.…

No matter how sure you are about the morality, someone else could view it differently.…

Teens are also wired to wake up later in the morning. Therefore, Kelley says, early wake times can cause teens to be short on sleep.” This is saying how even of you could force your child to sleep earlier, they would naturally fall asleep later, and still wake up no earlier in the morning. This connects to the claim saying school should have a later start time because teens need about nine hours of sleep, rather than adults, who only need about 7-8 hours of sleep, and even if parents tell children to go to sleep earlier, they are still more likely to wake up later in the morning. Not only this, but according to “Bright and Early...or Not?”…

I have been assigned a project such as this several times during my high school career, and each time I have chosen “The Lazy Song” by Bruno Mars to represent myself. Now, anybody from my closest friends to someone I only have a single conversation with would easily understand how much of a “lazy you know what” I tend to be. Since I was a small child I never liked getting up early in the morning, and because of that I probably have my mother to thank for my graduating from high school, as I am positive I would have been dropped from half of my classes if she did not wake me up every morning. Although, as a senior this year I will say that I have gotten better at using my alarm clock to wake up on-time. I am quite proud of this accomplishment, but I truly owe it to the intricate system I put in place for my alarm clock in the morning:…
