Although, many try to conquer it over time and succeed in doing so. My major fears are of heights, public speaking, and failure. I fear failure because it makes me suppose that I cannot accomplish anything or that I am not good enough. It affects me sometimes, since it makes me conclude that there is no point in trying when I am going to fail anyways. However, I try to overcome this and work hard to accomplish my goals even with obstacles. My other fears, such as heights and public speaking, are not as dominant. They are trivial things that often get me startled and agitated. When I am standing in a place that is high, I would panic, thinking that I am going to fall and get hurt. Public speaking, on the other hand, makes me distressed and apprehensive at the same time, since I am not familiar with speaking to a large crowd. As a result, I would often attempt to get use to both heights and public speaking to overcome these fears, so that I would feel more comfortable with

I found that those fears clearly outline the major problems of mine because I used to let fear controls over myself; and fear also stops me from moving forward. My biggest fear is the fear of what other people expect because I found that I am not that great and I need more but I could not find the right way to do so. I also have fear of watching other people success.…

She said that fear is basically what our mind is going through during tough situation. My main fear is losing someone I love. One of the reasons I relate to "No Fear" is through the lines "Even though I live my life on the road, doesn't mean I have time for you. " Most of the time I'm not home or when we have breaks from school, I frequently travel out of state but that doesn't mean I am too busy and forget about the person I love. When I love someone, I make time…

I come from a poor family. I never had brand-name shoes or video games, or even a Lisa Frank binder and stickers like my friends at school, but I always had plenty of food in the fridge at home. My family never went hungry in spite of the fact that we were raised by a single mother who made her living as a coffee shop waitress. I did not know, till I was a teenager, that my mom bought the majority of our groceries with food stamps. It never seemed odd to me that she went to the grocery store one time a month and stocked up on milk, sugar, lunchmeat, chicken legs, hamburger meat, and most importantly, coffee.…

The hysterical thing about it is that there is no room for forgiveness when it comes to fear or even self-awareness. Fear has shaped me, and turned me into the man I am now; though it is not my decision to clarify what kind of man I am; that is for other people like my peers to decide. But yes, multiple times I have had fears. For example, this past year of our marching band season; at semi-state, everyone in our band feared that we were not going to make it to state. Even though, almost everyone within the program had confidence that we had an awesome show that day.…

First, maintaining our physical bodies improves our quality of life. Closely related, caring for our bodies is not only good for us physically, but also emotionally and mentally. If we maintain our physical fitness, we do not have the mental and emotional repercussions of illness and weakness.…
