They say a person’s mind is their limit, so with a great mentality, anything is accomplishable. The transition to high school shattered the confidence and perfect self image I built in middle school. My grades plummeted like the stock market in 1929 and I panicked like the world was collapsing. However, I managed to hold myself together because I knew there was always going to be a tomorrow and I needed to be prepared for it. As my peers were doing well, I on the other hand, was not looking so relaxed. Each single grade I got was like someone shooting tiny bullets through my system and really stung, but I kept walking. I told myself that many of my peers were facing the same reality that I was and didn’t let my GPA discourage me from trying
