But once i heard her i said right then and there i have never harmed a girl and i never will. but since i was only 20 at the time they did not believe me so after all that i had to go to jail until the trial so there i was in jail for 3 weeks until they got a judge and let me tell you it was the worst 3 weeks of my life in that jail. (3 weeks later) it was the trial day as i was marched into the courthouse a bunch of reporters came up and started asking me questions and with all the flashes of the cameras i was nearly blinded but the trial was on i was being charged for murder as i my lawyer presented my case and how when the murder happened i was at work and my boss was over looking me but the family of the girl that was murdered said i had a double and that crap but i knew i did not commit murder because the wounds on her was a bullet from a Winchester repeater rifle and i don't even own a gun but the people that witnessed the murder were the people from my old high school so of course they saw me so after the whole trial i was guilty for the murder so i was heading to jail with a sentence of 20 years so i have served 5 months of the sentence
