The boy who can’t throw

One time in a hot Summer day on the football field at practice my best friend Mark was throwing a football, but when he threw it ,it would only go five feet. When the coach was in a drill or doing something the boys would tease Mark. Saying mean things like you suck or you couldn’t throw a football for your life.I thought that if you bully your insecure and I would always try to stop them. The next day, we were in Mark’s big house and were playing football in the backyard and when we were playing, I could tell that mark was insecure about throwing the football and I felt bad and I stated.

“Can I help you throw a football?” I addressed.

“Jimmy if you tried to help me they would bully you for helping me,” Mark implied.

“ I’m not afraid of them!” I exclaimed .

“ Please don’t do this,” mark stated.

“ Ok i respect your decision,” I agreed .

The next day on the the football field after practice, we were going to play a five on five game when we were picking for teams a guy said

“ Pick Mark for quarterback he would be a great one because he could only throw Five feet,” Margret grunted.

“Can you run the football as good as Mark,” I replied.

“No but we throw a football farther than Mark,” the boys argued.

“ let’s talk about how fast you are ,Mark ran the forty yard dash in four point nine seconds and you ran it in five point six seconds,” I noted.

Meanwhile, the coach heard that mark was getting teased and felt bad for Mark and stated

“Enough , stop teasing Mark, you boys are sitting on the bench for the game and Mark have they been teasing you at school,” the coach implied .

“ They have been bullying everywhere coach,” Mark
