When centers upload a document to MFS it does not become approved automatically. I have to check all documents that are submitted. They do not turn to approved automatically. I am the one that actually hits approve on the document or reject it if needed.
The process is supposed to be if the centers receive documents they are to upload to MFS. This is becoming more a critical step due to I am the only Air Carrier Coordinator. It used to be easy to do it for the centers. Now if you are not sure how to upload the document or need me to look at it before you do something to make sure it gets uploaded correctly. Please send to me . I would rather help with the upload then have to go back in and correct it.
