Personal Narrative: The Joy Of Cheerleading

It’s the joy it bring that is how I know all the tears were wo4rth it. You compete with your head high , your bow higher, and your confidence highest. Not many people think you’re an athlete, but you throw 100 pound girls well they throw 5 pound balls. It started when I was little, my father would send me to try a lot of sports , however I did not find any of them enjoyable. Then one day I found a flyer on the floor it was on the way to class I picked it up it up. It was for cheerleading it looked fun, so I showed to my parents to look into. They thought I would love it . But the first thing they wanted to know was the price, they saw the price on the flyer and their faces opened at shocked, it looked like they never saw a number before. Finally, I let it go and continue to dance for the rest of the year . my brother went to middle school and told me there was a cheerleading team .I practiced all summer,Forcing my friends to let me lift them sometimes, just say it was not all smooth sailing. So we are at our first at the competition we got last place I thought we were good but proven wrong. We did really bad the whole time and there was apparently a lot of bullying so at the summer time I decided not to go back next year .But I stilled won't to do a cheerleading so I convinced my mother to let me sign up at the East coast spirit all-star cheerleading I tryout and I made it, she saw that I was committed so she gave me the money but I would fundraise each week to get money. We practice and practice it seemed a lot different and it seemed a lot better, but it was a lot more money! So finally competition season came around and we got first at all our competitions so far and we are off to Halifax for provincials soon.
