Personal Narrative: The Jeep Car

Improved Essays
The Jeep car is important to me because it was the first car that I grew fond of, at the age of six. That’s when everything changed and I finally knew what I wanted to become when I grow up, an automotive mechanic. Now currently I am in the automotive shop at PCTI and learning to be the best of the best. Basically, everyone that knows me, are aware that I’m in love with cars and no one can change my mind about it. I’m also very known for my tallness, which i used in my everyday life to help out people, and use it to my advantage. I use my height to help people that can't reach an item that are in the higher shelves. Also using it to

I’ve been taught a lot of stuff about my religion and i pray five times daily, facing the Qiblah. Without religion i wouldn't know what's right and what's wrong, such as in my religion having pork and alcohol is forbidden. Also in my belief, we don't like to discriminate one specific kind of people, like the things thats happen at this moment. Islam is a very important part of my life, because i would do a lot of bad things without a religion.

Video games are the best thing that man has ever created, about two years ago I bought my first console and started playing games. They changed my life drastically because I started meeting new people and I also started a Youtube channel for a while. Which had brought in some money to my life, which went towards all kinds of stuff, such as mechanic tools, new video games, and sports equipment. I started having more friends, but at the moment I stopped playing video games because there is much more important stuff to do, like school work and hanging out with

On a beautiful clear morning of February the 19th, my mom picked me up from my class at the University of West Georgia, then we went to Waffle House to have a nice breakfast. We left from Waffle House, proceeding down Maple Street, and turned onto South Street and immediately onto Kenner Street. We then turned onto on the merging lane on South Park Street (US Hwy 27) heading south, we immediately halted to a full stop as vehicles moved from the middle lane into the merging lane in front of us, but at that time there were no vehicles behind us. As we waited to enter traffic, a car suddenly struck us from behind which caused the car to jerk violently forward, causing my mother’s chest to hit the steering wheel, and our heads and bodies to whip forward and then back.…

When I ride it's like the earth stops at every corner so I can check to make sure a, loud, car isn't roaring towards me. It's like that feeling in your chest that tells you that everything is going to be ok, yet your mind is screaming at you that it won't be. I ride because I was thought that you need to be active in life, but it was never about the one hour of activity time we are supposed to have growing up. it was much more than that. I didn't need help to ride, I needed help to face down my enemies, or conquer my dreams.…

It was his first day of school, he texted me through out the day, basically saying she was annoying and such a goody two shoes, in which she was. He said how her sister Bianca was all over him and over Xavier too. So he texted me the address of the cabin, and I went for a drive with a shotgun in the backseat of my Tahoe. Is it the right thing to do? Maybe not.…

One problem with my car is that it looks terrible. The once-shiny paint is now dull and bleached from road salt, there are patches of rust around the wheel wells and fenders. There is a dent in the passenger door that someone left while I was grocery shopping last year, and ever since another student hit my car in the school parking lot, the trunk latch has not worked, and I have had to tie it down with a cord. Furthermore, the interior of my car is no better than the exterior. The carpet is stained from years of carrying around two kids and a dog, and the upholstery is torn in several places.…

The road most people in my community go down you shouldn't expect me to writing this. My family doesn't have the most money in the world and we don't have the most opportunities here. My hometown is one of the poorest in the country and many people would expect me to just quit school and get a job to support my family, but that was not the case with me. My first car was something that I greatly was looking forward to getting as a child and my interest in getting one grew, as the days got closer to my sixteenth birthday. The first car I owned was a Automatic Black 2004 Ford f-150 truck, which I discovered on a website called Craigslist. It was priced at five thousand nine hundred dollars with only eighty-four thousand miles on it, which in my case was great considering that I could only afford a seven thousand dollar car. The truck came with all manual locks and windows and also had a small amount of hail damage that could really only be seen at a certain angle. But even with reasonable price on the truck I still attempted to negotiate for an even lower price to further my luck.…
