when i went to school last friday, there were boys from the Hitler Youth Movement there to educate us! They told us all about how the movement was rapidly growing and that every one of us in Germany would soon be building Germany’s bright future. The way that they conducted themselves, spoke, and dressed was so impressive that i instantly wanted to be one of them more than anything in the world… it seemed like so much fun. At lunch Hans was saying that the Hitler youth was really just meant to brainwash us but he’s a bit crazy - the government obviously wouldn’t brainwash us.
At supper I asked my parents if i could join and they were a little hesitant, and told me that i should learn more about the youth movement before i made my decision.
