Personal Narrative: The Great War

I sat on the floor in the cafeteria of this godforsaken prison camp staring into the tiny dirty bowl that contained a brown and lumpy substance, that atrocious meal is my dinner. I closed my eyes and hesitantly consumed the sour chowder and in those moments my reality became definite. I, Mr. Tuvel, a mine manager who once lived a life of luxury with my family currently undergoes through cruelty and embarrassment because of my Jewish religion. However, my strong willpower will not succumb into this unlawful discrimination and slaughtering that this Great War has against the Jewish people and I will meet my family again even if it kills me. “Stand up you filthy Jew scum!” one of the guards yelled as he walked down the hall between the cells

    I do not have a particular stance for or against Calexit, but I am open to considering the movement. I both agree and disagree with Dave Marin’s opinion that California has a better opportunity to start towards the path of secession. Our Constitution, by his explanation, seems to dictate that we can secede, but I see a possibility for another civil war.
