I have always used my excellent supervisory skills by leading by example, letting staff know what is expected of them and always challenged them to find better processes and methods, or tools to improve our deliverables and empowered staff and encourage them to be innovative and always appreciated their work. I have successfully developed staff and LWs by inspiring them to grow and by providing adequate training and sharing the knowledge with others. I have developed staff to take ownership of the delegated authority and responsibility, and encourage them to build on each other strengths to add value. By implementing this leadership approach, I was able to create highly productive staff and prevented the need to take disciplinary action against any of the staff.
