Would you agree that if we were all the same it would be a very boring place to live? The three quotes that I have chosen are about disabilities, and how we see people with disabilities. I am a parent of a child with Down syndrome, and I would like to end the stereotypes of these children and adults. People try to avoid people with disabilities instead of embracing the fact that they have unique abilities that can make us all better people. Below are a few quotes by Yvonne Pierre.

The fact that people avoid disabled people is despairing to me because they are missing out on their kind spirit, joyfulness, and unconditional love, they share.
